Enjoy the boat as yours. With this trip, you decide what the plan is for the day. Whether we head off to take a relaxing scenic tour watching for dolphins, head off to the beach to put our feet in the sand, do some swimming/snorkeling or stop at one of the local waterfront tiki style restaurants, it'll be up to you. Your captain, born and raised in Sarasota, will make sure to take you exactly where you want to be that day!

To fully enjoy your party, we encourage our participants to bring:
1. Beverages of your choice, however, (No red wine).
2. Ice
3. Sun/weather protection
4. Photo ID-Passengers must be 21+ for alcohol consumption.
5. Snacks
You may bring food on the boat, but please do not bring foods or drinks that can stain the floor or seats. Red Wine is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are issued up to 48 hours before embarkation. A rain check credit will be given within 48 hours.
Late or no-show arrivals:
No-shows will not be given refunds. A MINIMUM of 15 minutes early is requested. You won't get a refund if you don't show up by the departure time. There are no exceptions!
The Captain reserves the right to cancel a cruise at any time during a cruise, even if in the very beginning start of cruise, due to behavioral issues or alcohol related issues without a refund, no exceptions – these circumstances will never be refunded or rescheduled.
Please note, credit card transaction fees/taxes are not refunded on cancellations, thank you for your understanding.

The captain has the ability to cancel or stop the voyage and offer vouchers for another cruise in the event of inclement weather, including thunder, lightning, or strong winds. Our first priority is keeping you safe and secure.

The captain makes the decision to go out. A refund will be given if the weather prevents us from going out. We won't provide a refund if we can leave safely.
